Photo Tooling / ECAM Services
Our state-of –the-art photo plotting can process your electronically transmitted data with the speed and accuracy to meet your most demanding needs. You can transmit your data via the internet or our FTP site or modem 24 hr a day.

Stencils Engineered to your Requirements
UTZ Technologies offers you the option of laser-cut chem.-etch or Electroform stencil. We have the latest in cutting-edge technology for your fine and ultra fine pitch applications. Our stencils provide the utmost in accuracy and optimum paste release.

Screen Mesh
UTZ screens are made with the finest Grade A mesh, the only mesh that has the strength and uniformity needed to imprint micro –fine images on today’s hybrid circuits. All our mesh is subject to strict inspection criteria and then released to production where it is stretched to the precise tension specified by the customer. After bonding to the mounting frames and curing, each screen is inspected to verify tension.

Pre-Sensitized Screens
As a time-saving measure, consider UTZ presensitized screens. These precoated screens, fabricated to your specifications, are ready for your image processing. Each screen is accompanied by a computer print-out indicating the exact coating thickness. All coated screens are packaged in light-tight bags to assure their integrity. UTZ Technologies provides a wide selection of emulsion that produce exceptional screen images. Our emulsions are highly resistant to solvents, water and wear. Applied under “clean room” conditions, we guarantee a screen free of imperfections.

Imaged Screens
Using data from your files, artwork, or film positives, we produce a full line of imaged screens to handle most printing requirements. We control coating thickness to .0001’. Each screen is then visually and dimensionally inspected to ensure the highest possible quality.
